Gregg White serves as Managing Broker for Clark County West, bringing 34 years of real estate expertise and a proven track record of leadership. In addition to guiding clients, Gregg plays a pivotal role in supporting and mentoring brokers, fostering growth, and ensuring compliance and excellence across multiple branches.

Holding certifications as a Certified Buyer Representation Specialist®, Certified Seller Marketing Specialist®, and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Gregg combines deep industry knowledge with a passion for professional development. His approach is client-first and relationship-focused, but equally committed to empowering brokers to succeed in today’s competitive market.

Active in the Ridgefield community and a sponsor of local events, Gregg believes in building strong connections—both within the industry and the neighborhoods he serves. When he’s not coaching brokers or strategizing for branch success, Gregg enjoys horseback riding, boating, and world travel, always seeking to learn something new every day.
